Service Description

You'll be guided through a full body workout utilising a Gym Ball and Hand Weights. You'll need to bring: Workout mat, gym ball, hand weights (a pair of dumbbells or similar) and hydration. Gym Balls are versatile and can help by adding an extra level of instability, increasing the challenge of a workout. That instability makes all your stabiliser muscles work to keep your balance while you perform exercises.
